Before you book or collect your vehicle, please review our standard requirements and what is included in your rental rate. We aim for 100% transparency so there are no surprises when you arrive.

🪪 Required Documents

To rent a vehicle, the main driver must provide one of the following combinations:

• National ID Card (for Thai Citizens) OR Passport (for International Visitors).
• AND one of the following:
  • Valid Thai Driving License.
  • Valid Domestic Driving License (from your home country).
  • International Driving Permit (IDP) (Highly recommended to avoid local traffic fines).

🛡️ Insurance & Security Deposit

All our vehicles are covered by fully comprehensive rental insurance. This is compulsory and built into every rate we quote.

• Security Deposit: A refundable deposit of 5,000 THB is required upon collection. We accept Cash, Credit Card, or Bank Transfer.
• Damage Excess: In the event of an accident where the cost cannot be recovered from a third party, a 5,000 THB excess applies per incident.
• Note: The bodywork cover is valid only if rental terms are followed. It does not cover specific items like windows, tires, interior damage, or personal belongings.

📝 Important Remarks

• Holiday Bookings: A non-refundable reservation deposit of 2,000 THB is required for busy periods like Christmas/New Year.
• Availability: All vehicles are subject to availability. We strongly recommend booking in advance during high season.
• Confirmations: All reservations are typically confirmed within 24 hours.
• Extensions: If you wish to keep the car longer, please provide 7 days' notice. Approval is subject to availability.
