🪪 Rental Requirements

• What do I need to rent a car? You must provide your Original Passport/ID and a valid Driving License.
• What is the minimum age? The minimum age to rent any vehicle in our fleet is 23 years old.
• Can I have additional drivers? Yes! Additional drivers can be added to your rental at no extra cost. Just let us know when booking.

💰 Payments & Deposits

• How much is the security deposit? A refundable deposit of 5,000 Baht is required. This is returned at the end of the rental, provided the vehicle is returned in the same condition (minus normal wear and tear).
• Do you accept cash? Yes, we accept cash! We also accept Bitcoin and other major currencies.
• What is your refund policy? If you return the vehicle early, we offer a refund. The final amount will be adjusted based on the actual number of days rented and our advertised daily rates.

🛡️ Insurance & Safety

• What insurance is included? All our vehicles are covered by First Class Rental Insurance (Code 120) with Viriyah Insurance, Thailand’s top provider.
• Can I drive across the border? No. For insurance and breakdown coverage reasons, our vehicles must remain within Thailand.

📍 Delivery & Returns

• Do you offer delivery? We offer free delivery around Pattaya city. For locations further out, we may still offer free delivery depending on the length of the rental—ask us for a quote!
• What time should the car be returned? Our rates are based on a 24-hour cycle. We allow a 2-hour grace period, provided you inform us in advance.
• Can I return the car to an airport? Yes, returns can be prearranged for U-Tapao Airport or Suvarnabhumi Airport for a service charge.
