Phoenix Golf and Country Club (1993)

Khao Kheow Country Club

Unique design and natural elegance offering 27 holes of challenging golf for any level. With Spectacular mountain vistas and serene landscape this beautifully manicured golf course will be sure to impress. The signature hole is a 135 yards par3 with Island green so bring plenty of balls!

Laem Chabang International Country Club

This world class 27 hole golf course is set on 700 acres of natural mountain terrain. Everyone enjoys the feeling of being close to nature at this lush exotic course designed by famed golfer Jack Nicklaus. This perfectly manicured golf course will never disappoint and will provide you with plenty of challenging shots on any of its Mountain, Valley or Ocean loops. The Emerald Golf (1992)

The Emerald provides an almost surreal experience for serious and avid golfers. Nestled in amongst meandering hillsides and natural terrain and waterways. It is an ideal setting for a memorable round of strategic golfing. The 18 holes are carved through a mature setting which still provides sanctuary to a variety of native birds and wildlife. One of Pattaya’s more challenging courses!

Facilities are by no means luxurious but offer a Clubhouse with Shower and locker room and a Restaurant offering Thai and International favourites

Directions: Travel South on Route no.3 and turn left at Km197, pass 3km through Banchang and turn left at Emerald Golf Club Sign. (45 mins from Pattaya)

Burapha Golf Club (1995)

The two quite distinctive golf courses each have a character all of their own-though both feature the best in golf course management and care of manicured multi-tiered greens, undulating fairways and white sand bunkers. The 36-hole layout takes full advantage of the natural beauty of the hillsides, valleys, lakes, mature mango trees, coconut palms and thickets of tropical vegetation. A great course to play for the high or low handicapper. Golf carts compulsory.

Facilities include 2 individual 18 hole championship golf courses, driving range, tennis courts, swimming pool, gourmet restaurant, conference and seminar facilities, residential accommodation and a golf teaching academy.

Directions: Travel towards Bangkok on highway no.7 and turn right when you see Burapha sign (30 mins from Pattaya)

Eastern Star Country Club & Resort (1991)

The eighteen holes are beautifully carved out of a coconut palm plantation, and gently wind through the lovely residential areas of Eastern Star Resort. The gently undulating fairways and greens feature 65 bunkers, 11 lakes and more than 2000 coconut palm trees. The unique on course bird houses not only represent yardage distances but also home to many species of exotic birds that live on the golf course.

Facilities include a luxurious clubhouse, lounge bar with Thai and International Restaurant, swimming pool, tennis courts, fitness centre, driving range and Conference centre.

Directions: Travel South on route no.3 and turn right at km193 in Ban chang. (40 mins from Pattaya)

Pattana Golf and Sports Resort (2004)

This highly modern and luxurious resort offers 27 holes that have been skillfully crafted upon 360 acres of beautiful, natural rolling terrain, providing an enjoyable challenge for golfers of all abilities. Bangpra Golf Club and Resort Hotel (1958)

This is the second oldest golf course in Thailand and is filled with big old trees and laid out on hilly terrain and lush surroundings providing an exciting challenge on every fairway and flash fast greens. Be sure to look out for the Troop of Monkeys that live around holes 6 and 7 as they will be happy to entertain. The old colonial style clubhouse and refined European décor blend well with the courses antiquity.

Facilities include Large Clubhouse with Pro Shop, Restaurant with Thai and International favourites, and a Resort Hotel with a beautiful swimming pool and single and suite rooms suitable for all.

Directions: Travel towards Bangkok on Highway no.3 and turn right at Khao Kheow Zoo sign then 2 kms to T junction then turn right and look for sign on your left. (45 mins from Pattaya)

St.Andrews Hill (2000)

A visually stunning and sweeping layout that ranks among the best courses in Thailand offers golfers a unique chance to play St.Andrews 2 signature Par 6’s that weigh in at 855 and 857 yards respectively. Every hole demands a new challenge to golfers and careful course management is a must to come out a winner here. Certainly not a course for the high handicapper. Golf Carts Compulsory

Facilities include a large clubhouse with German, Korean, Thai and Japanese Restaurants, swimming pool, tennis courts, massage, spa, sauna and driving range.. A new 80 room Hotel is now open which compliments the Resort very nicely.

Directions: Travel towards Rayong on Highway No.36 and turn right at Km24 onto route 3376 and look out for St.Andrews entrance on your left. (45 mins from Pattaya)

Green Valley Country Club (1993)

This Links style course is set on a gently rolling landscape skillfully crafted into the natural terrain of rocky crops and giant boulders, hard water courses and colourful flora. This course will be sure to entertain both high and low handicappers. A pleasure to play anytime of the year.

Facilities include a large clubhouse incorporating Korean, Japanese, German and Thai restaurants, swimming pool, massage room, pro shop and driving range. A new 80 room Hotel is now open.

Directions: Travel towards Rayong on highway no.36 and turn right at Km 24 onto route 3376 and look out for Green Valley entrance on your left. (45 mins from Pattaya)

Plutaluang Royal Thai Navy (1969)

One of the older more mature courses in the region offering golfers 36 holes split into North, South, East and West loops. This course is still owned and operated by The Thai Royal Navy so if Admiral Boonchu and Captain Somchai want to play through with 6 of their mates—-LET THEM!!! Many elevated Tee shots and beautiful mountain scenery make this course a pleasure to play.(Golf Carts recommended)

Facilities include a large Clubhouse with Restaurant serving Thai and Western favourites, Pro Shop, banquet and society function room and new locker and shower rooms.

Directions: Drive towards Rayong on Highway no.3 and turn on to route 332 at 169km marker then turn right when you reach route 331 and right again at golf sign. (40 mins from Pattaya)

Crystal Bay Country Club (1988)

One of the best manicured and kept course in the area with 27 holes of wide fairways, fast greens and picturesque lakes and beautiful flowers this course is always a favourite to play. Water fringes the course on all sides and with gently undulating fairways the course is complete in every way. The experienced caddies will be sure to make your great day out an unforgettable one.

Facilities include a Clubhouse with sweeping views of the course, Thai and International Restaurant, Driving Range, Sports Club and Pro Shop.

Directions: Travel towards Chonburi on Highway no.3 through and look for 109km marker and the entrance to the course is on your right so you must make a U Turn.

Mountain Shadow Golf Club (1993)

Crafted from a former Mango plantation this course is always perfectly manicured and very well presented. Although one of the shorter courses in the region, plenty of water and narrow fairways make a challenging day out for any handicapper. Lots of holes framed by palm trees make this a real tropical paradise.

Facilities include a large Clubhouse with Restaurant serving Thai and Western food , Pro Shop, Driving Range and full shower and locker rooms.

Directions: Travel towards Chonburi on Highway no.3 and turn right at Khao Kheow Zoo sign, then 2kms to T Junction then turn left and course is on your left . (50 mins from Pattaya)

Siam Country Club Pattaya Old Course (2007)

This golf course has just re-opened after total renovation from tee to green and clubhouse. It now brings Siam to a truly international Championship standard, and a Honda LPGA Tour event is scheduled here in October 2007.. The idyllic, bucolic setting embroidered by arching trees and adorned by lush, mature landscaping makes this a must play course while in Pattaya. Single Golf Carts Compulsory .

Facilities include a Large New Clubhouse overlooking the 18th green serving Thai and international Cuisine, Pro Shop, Driving Range and full locker and shower rooms

Directions: Travelling South on Sukhumvit Rd no.3 between North and Central Pattaya Roads turn left on to Siam Country Club Rd and travel straight for approx 15 kms. (20mins from Pattaya)

Greenwood Golf Club (1993)

Dotted with characteristic pot bunkers and undulating fairways this course will test your individual shotmaking. The 3 nine hole layout provides a challenging but fair layout requiring smart club selection and straight driving a must for a good score. With its tree-lined hills as a scenic backdrop, Greenwood Golf Club is a real Countryside Paradise.

Directions: Travel towards Chachoengsao on route 331 and look for km71 marker and the entrance to the course is on the right. (50 mins from Pattaya)
